come out and give you a hand. We would love to provide health information
for your school, church, place of employment or community function.

IIs your 11 to 13 year old ready to start their first job? Let us
teach your child how to handle emergency situations as well as the
everyday responsibilities that go along with baby-sitting. We include
instruction on age appropriate safe activities, and snacks for young
children that will give your child confidence
in baby-sitting situations.
Certificates awarded upon successful completion of this 8-hour course.

Had enough of your cigarettes leading your life for you? Take back
your independence and stop smoking, we can help. Our free smoking
cessation classes held every Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the 3 rd floor
conference room might be just the “partner” you need
to be successful. Together with our three Tobacco Dependence Treatment
Specialists you can “kick” the habit. Please call 609-599-6308

Finding out you’re a diabetic can be frightening. We’ll
try to ease your fears and provide you with basic education on the
disease as well as how to use your monitor and manage your diet.
With our help you will feel more confident with the self-management
of your diabetes. This free class is offered every Thursday at 11:00
a.m. in our comfortable 3 rd floor conference room. For more information
